CASA ARRAYÁN

Casa Arrayán is the second house following the internal road. It gets its name from a myrtle tree that had to be transplanted.

With an area of 1830 ft2 (170 m2), the access floor features a spacious living and dining room, an open concept kitchen with a bar, a guest bathroom, a study, and the master bedroom. On the first floor, we find two bedrooms en suite and the laundry room. The wooden terrace has its own grill and outdoor furniture.

The heating system consists of a boiler and radiators, two fireplaces and a high recovery water heater. The living room is equipped with a smart TV and a Sonos wireless sound system, as well as board games and books to enjoy the indoors. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a no frost refrigerator, all sorts of appliances, and complete dishware and kitchenware. Washing machine is included in the laundry room.

Two of the bedrooms can be easily set up with double beds or two single beds. One of them also accommodates an additional sofa-bed. Fiber optic Wi-Fi service, individual alarm system and a safe box included.
