CASA PROA

Casa Proa is the first house you encounter coming from the entrance. Its name is inspired by the shape of the land between coihues and cypresses that create the illusion of a ship’s prow.

With an area of 1900 ft2 (177 m2), the first floor features a spacious living and dining room, an open concept kitchen with a bar, a laundry room and two bedrooms en suite. On the upper floor, we find the master bedroom, where you can enjoy wonderful views.

The wooden terrace is surrounded by trees and includes a grill and outdoor furniture. The heating system consists of a boiler and radiators, two fireplaces and a high recovery water heater.

The living room is equipped with a smart TV and a Sonos wireless sound system, as well as board games and books to enjoy the indoor space. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a no frost refrigerator, all sorts of appliances, and complete dishware and kitchenware. Washing machine is included in the laundry room. Two of the bedrooms can be easily set up with double beds or two single beds.
